Jul 29, 2014I am aware of this ticket, https://boldminded.com/support/ticket/892 and I thought it would solve my problem, but it doesn’t. I am still seeing `{filedir_undefined}undefined` after I select an asset to link.
I am still having the same issue as E2services describes in comment #4 at https://boldminded.com/support/ticket/892.
P&T Assets version 2.2.4.

Can you provide more info? What type of file are you attempting to link? What toolbar button are you clicking to do so? Is it in a sub directory? It sounds like you’re using an S3 bucket, right? Everything works fine locally though?
Just an FYI, it might be a couple days before I can dig into this, playing catch up with some other tickets at the moment.
Tom
My fault. Yes, I am using Amazon S3 with P&T Assets. I’ve tried to link both a JPG and a PDF. I’ve tried to link files that are located in both the root and sub directories. I’m seeing the issue locally and on my dev server. I am clicking the
link
toolbar button.This is my workflow:
link
toolbar button{filedir_undefined}undefined
in Asset Path field and broken thumbnail link.I’ve thought about upgrading Assets to the latest version. I can give that a go and report back. Thanks.

1.7.0 build emailed.
Tom
Thanks a lot for the quick update. Unfortunately, I’m still seeing the
{filedir_undefined}undefined
after I add a file from Assets S3.If you think it’d be helpful to have CP access, I can do that.
BoldMinded (Brian)
CP Access won’t help me debug JavaScript. Did you clear your browser cache? Or try it in a different browser?
Tom
Ah, clearing my browser’s cache did it. Thanks so much for all of your help and patience.
