Ticket: CKeditor “addCss” problem with Wyvern

Status Resolved
Add-on / Version 160
Severity Critical
EE Version 272

I have recently upgraded from EE2.5.3 (I know!) to latest version, also upgraded Wyvern to 1.6.0 and needed to upgrade from CKeditor 3.x to the latest 4.2.2.

Wyvern is getting the CKeditor error from the attached screenshot - and hence not showing the WYSIWYG.

I tried copying module and CKeditor files over again, I also cleared the cache at various stages of the process.

I’ve found this https://boldminded.com/support/ticket/345, seems to be similar - but cannot apply it to my case, I don’t use Wyvern Video.

The only location that addCss is called in Wvyern is if you’re using the Wyvern Video plugin. Are you sure the themes/third_party/wyvern/plugins/ folder doesn’t contain any video folder? Also, did you get the standard or full version of CKEditor?

Thanks a lot - that was it!

I had done a test install of Wyvern Video on the site a long time ago, and despite deleting the wyvern_video folder itself, there was a video plugin in /themes/third_party/wyvern/plugins/ left behind. Deleted that and it fixed it.

CKEditor standard 4.2.2 works fine now.
