All add-ons currently require PHP 7.4 or greater.

On July 4th 2024 PHP 8.2 will be the new minimum requirement for all add-ons. Expect any add-on released after that date to require 8.2 or greater. Some releases may not immediately take advantage of 8.x specific features in PHP, which means you might, be able to continue using new releases in PHP 7.4, however, if you experience an error the first thing you should do is update to PHP 8.2 then create a support ticket if the error persists.

Please read about the changes to BoldMinded add-on licensing.

Hi,

I have just downloaded the latest version and have installed, but I am experiencing the same problem as this user here:

http://devot-ee.com/add-ons/support/blueprints/viewthread/493

The layout thumbnails do not appear in the Pages tab when I publish a new entry.

I am using the simple settings with carousel enabled. Is there a setting I need to change - or can you explain step-by-step what I need to do?

I have attached a screenshot of my Blueprints settings,

I have a project deadline for this tomorrow - so any help would be greatly appreciated?

Many thanks!

Tom

Hi, Tom. I’ll look into it as soon as I can, but I can’t guarantee anything for tomorrow.

Hi,

Thank you very much. Here is some additional info I thought might help:

I am using the multisite manager, and this build is not the default site (it is domain B).

I am getting these PHP errors when accessing the config page:

PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required <domain>themes/third_party/boldminded_themes/libraries/pages.php

The domain listed is for the default domain - not domain B - and when I go into that theme folder there is no directory for “boldminded” in there.

Thanks

Tom

If there is no boldminded_themes folder in themes/third_party then you need to install it. It should be included with the Blueprints zip file.

Also on that Blueprints settings page, inspect the page source around the Select Image link and copy paste everything (expanded html nodes). I want to see what is printed there. Also check your console to see if there are JavaScript errors.

Hi, uploading the folder has fixed the problem - I didn’t realise it had been included in zip.

The thumbnails can now be displayed/uploaded.

Thanks very much for your fast reply!
