Hi,

I am sending an AJAX request to fetch cat details in my site,after which if I try to change the language the URL of the site becomes the AJAX URL that I sent earlier and all data from that template gets loaded.
Basically cannot change the language after sending any AJAX request in the site.

Try using {alternate_url} instead of {switch_language_url}
