All add-ons currently require PHP 7.4 or greater.

On July 4th 2024 PHP 8.2 will be the new minimum requirement for all add-ons. Expect any add-on released after that date to require 8.2 or greater. Some releases may not immediately take advantage of 8.x specific features in PHP, which means you might, be able to continue using new releases in PHP 7.4, however, if you experience an error the first thing you should do is update to PHP 8.2 then create a support ticket if the error persists.

Hi Brian,
I’ve got strange codes in my front-end suddenly.
Before panicking or doing anything wrong, it might be to do with the Speedy add-on. And you might recognise the codes probably.
Can you let me know where to find the solution?
The code looks like: M1fe280dee7c2a485e76ad47f26e0e12aa… etc
The page is filled with it, especially the Wygwam fields/Bloqs fields where I use Wygwam.
Best regards,
Harold

That’s a common EE error when there is a parsing error. Can probably google that hash code and find out what it is.

E.g. that’s not a Speedy error. Speedy might have cached the error, but it’s not a bug per-se in Speedy. It’s just a problem with a template tag parsing (or not parsing) somewhere.

Hi Brian, Found it. Sorry for having bothered you. It is CE_String that was left. Finally that add-on is no longer working as well. Best regards, Harold
