All add-ons currently require PHP 7.4 or greater.

On July 4th 2024 PHP 8.2 will be the new minimum requirement for all add-ons. Expect any add-on released after that date to require 8.2 or greater. Some releases may not immediately take advantage of 8.x specific features in PHP, which means you might, be able to continue using new releases in PHP 7.4, however, if you experience an error the first thing you should do is update to PHP 8.2 then create a support ticket if the error persists.

Please read about the changes to BoldMinded add-on licensing.

I setup an import with a test file with only one row and when I run it, it seems to keep running over and over (creating the entry the first time, then updating after that).  I discovered it because a) I’d delete the entry I just imported to change something in my test CSV and another entry would immediately appear with an incremented entry_id and b) I got a bizarre “you are not authorized to perform this action” error in Grid columns when I tried to edit the new entry while that import loop was happening.  Once I figured out what was happening, I worked out I could manually refresh the DataGrab screen, which only then revealed the “Complete” status, and at that point the loop stopped and I could edit the new entry without issue.

I’m not sure if it’s environment related or what, but if you’re not able to replicate in your own builds, I can start the ball rolling to get you CMS access to our staging site if necessary. Let me know if you need anything else for this.

Can you illustrate what you mean by it keeps running over and over again? How did you determine this? Can you record it on a video?
