Apr 19, 2023We are trying to optimize the importing of data using DataGrab and I wanted to know if there is a way to prevent it from timing out or better optimize the data we are pulling from the API?

Are you able to provide more info? E.g. what step is it timing out at? Are you running the imports via the CP or CLI? Are you able to share the DataGrab-log.txt file? What did you set the limit value to? It should be defaulted to 50 (if you’re using v5).
