All add-ons currently require PHP 7.4 or greater.
On July 4th 2024 PHP 8.2 will be the new minimum requirement for all add-ons. Expect any add-on released after that date to require 8.2 or greater. Some releases may not immediately take advantage of 8.x specific features in PHP, which means you might, be able to continue using new releases in PHP 7.4, however, if you experience an error the first thing you should do is update to PHP 8.2 then create a support ticket if the error persists.

Oct 12, 2022We’ve been running a lot of sites with Publisher and/or Bloqs. Several sites are getting slower and slower and we’ve looked into upgrading and optimizing the server. There is no more on that side we can do at this point.
One site we’re experiencing the lack of speed with is https://demo.switch2solar.nl. It’s a copy created today so you can have a look if needed. The debugging info is already activated.
600 to 800 queries even with caching activated. We can’t find out how to fix this.

Hi, Adriaan. Are you using any sort of caching? I mention this in the docs for both add-ons

You can try Speedy, but I’d recommend making sure all of Publisher’s caching is turned on, and try the Bloqs caching. If you’re using Bloqs heavily and enable its cache, it’ll greatly reduce the load times and total queries executed.
You said you’re using a lot of Relationship fields, and I suspect that is likely a large contributing factor to it.
