There should be a log file (see the docs), please include it with the ticket.

So if you cleanup those URL titles does it import properly?

So that is a core EE thing then. If you try to save an entry with a URL Title like that manually, it’ll give you the same error.
I guess it’s safe to say this is resolved (at least on my end?) 😉
