All add-ons currently require PHP 7.4 or greater.

On July 4th 2024 PHP 8.2 will be the new minimum requirement for all add-ons. Expect any add-on released after that date to require 8.2 or greater. Some releases may not immediately take advantage of 8.x specific features in PHP, which means you might, be able to continue using new releases in PHP 7.4, however, if you experience an error the first thing you should do is update to PHP 8.2 then create a support ticket if the error persists.

Can you share the import log with me? Also a screenshot of your import settings page? I see you provided cp login info but I do not log in unless it’s absolutely necessary.

You said it’s urgent but based on my schedule right now I unfortunately won’t be able to look into this until next week.

I’m going to need more details on the overriding part you’re referring to. Can you share screenshots or a video of what you’re doing so I can replicate it locally without guessing? 😊

I logged into your CP to take a look. Can you pick out just 2 or 3 entries that are not working and make a smaller version of your import file? Then share that file with me either via Dropbox as a comment in the ticket or just share a URL from your server where I can grab it. It’ll be easier for me to test this locally.

I took the first 3 items in your JSON file, made a new Grid field, and tested the import of the Person/People, and it worked fine.
