All add-ons currently require PHP 7.4 or greater.

On July 4th 2024 PHP 8.2 will be the new minimum requirement for all add-ons. Expect any add-on released after that date to require 8.2 or greater. Some releases may not immediately take advantage of 8.x specific features in PHP, which means you might, be able to continue using new releases in PHP 7.4, however, if you experience an error the first thing you should do is update to PHP 8.2 then create a support ticket if the error persists.

Please read about the changes to BoldMinded add-on licensing.

Hi.
So I just purchased the license on EE and Claimed it on your site. and I wanted to know how long before the addon becomes licensed.

Many Thanks

Try clearing your EE cache, or re-save the DataGrab license form in the CP.

Tried both. No luck yet.

Thanks

Everything on my end looks good and valid. You must have an old cached version of the license locally. In your system/user/cache directory should be a datagrab_last_ping file. Delete it and it should come back as valid.

Also, no other customers have reported similar issues and they have the same add-on build that you do, so it seems specific to your site/server.

I’m going to need to see the CP and probably FTP access to look into this. I can’t speculate what is happening.

I just entered your license code into my dev environment and it is also coming back as valid.
