Hi I’m testing an upgrade from EE 4.X to EE 6.0.3, so far everything has gone quite well, the only issue I’m having is with publisher lite, I’ve updated all my plugins and run the “updates” scripts for all these plugins, all except publisher lite, as the first time I ran it I encountered a series of DB “insert” errors.  This time I’ve run the update script for all plugins except the publisher plugin, which I’m checking to make sure it’s all installed correctly before I run the update scripts to (hopefully) stop any DB issues.

In the Publisher settings > utilities > diagnostics I’m seeing the following issues

“It looks like there is an error with your Publisher install. Either a hook is missing or not enabled.”
cp_members_member_delete_end NOT INSTALLED
blocks_update_search_values NOT INSTALLED
after_channel_entry_update NOT INSTALLED

I’ve checked in the code and these functions technically “exist” but obviously there’s some kind of issue registering them.

Obviously I need this last plugin to work before I can finish the upgrade to EE 6.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
