Apr 22, 2020Hello, we are trying to claim a license for Speedy purchased from expressionengine.com for a site we have in development.
We click the link in the addon, make sure we’re logged in here, enter the license key and submit, but the page just refreshes with no message and the license isn’t showing in our account.
This is causing the admin to randomly redirect to the license page, which is especially frustrating when it happens while saving an entry, preventing that from completing.
Any assistance is appreciated.

Try it now. It looks like you purchased it back in Feb, which lines up with a period where the license claim wasn’t working.

I don’t see this license in the unclaimed list anymore, so I assume this is taken care of. Marking the ticket resolved.
