In CP we’re being asked to save the licence number for Publisher constantly. We’re saving it every time.
The site we’re developing on is behind an htaccess password. Is that maybe the reason? Or is there another reason?

No, I haven’t had a chance to look into it. The license is showing as valid though on my end. Do you see a publisher_last_ping file in your user/cache directory?

I can’t really look into this unless I have CP and maybe FTP access. Without it everything is speculation.

Still isn’t working with the info provided. Using SFTP and port 22. Did you test the login yourself?

Same problem but with the Bloqs module. Purchased through EE store. It’s particularly annoying because it pops up at random times while working and takes you to the settings page of Bloqs, hence losing for example the entry you were editing.

Mike is you claimed the license and it still redirects them create a new ticket and add cp and ftp info and I’ll take a closer look.

Yeah, Mike, I think you need to claim the license. I don’t see it in my system, so that is probably why it is failing.

Should be fixed now. I didn’t properly account for Publisher Lite in my validation code. I’ll have it fixed in the next official release, but for now your staging site is working.
