Jul 30, 2012Hi, I have can’t seem to save a publish layout. I think its a bug. I make changes to the layout and then select which layout it should save to. Then all the selections are become grayed out so I can’t change my selection if I wanted to (see attachment screenshot). I then hit ‘save layout’ button. It tells me that it has been saved but then when I refresh the page, the old layout (default layout) is shown.
Any ideas on this?

Try reloading the page, unchecking Super Admins first, then checking FAQ and re-save the layout.

It still doesn’t seem to save the layout.

I think I’ve figured it out. I had to select the template and choose ‘load layout’ before I could save the layout.
