Hi Brian,

I have Publisher 1.5.7 installed on an EE 2.9.2 site. I also have Field Pack Pill 2.2 installed on one site and Field Pack 2.1.1 on another and I’ve updated the Pill js and css to use this version: https://gist.github.com/litzinger/d8551841662aeb102e50.

I can’t get Publisher to actually use the Pill field styles though in the CP. It’s still just using the default dropdown menus. We have a couple of other sites running older versions of Publisher and Pill 2.1.1 that are using the Pill field fine, so I’m not sure if it’s related to the newer version of Publisher. Is there something else that needs to be done now to get the Pill field to be used by Publisher?

Thanks for your help.

Stephen, P&T hasn’t been very receptive of my suggested changes to the Pill file. I’ve sent them suggested changes, literally 2 or 3 lines of code, a couple of times and they ignored me. Its kind of to the point where I think I just need to drop support for the Pill.

The changes were only to support a “disabled” state on the dropdown menus that Pill hi-jacks.

Will look into this soon an submit another change to P&T.

FWIW I’m going to kill support for the Pill. It was a nice feature but its yet another compatibility that I need to maintain.
