Ticket: Bulleted/Number List Not Working

Status Resolved
Add-on / Version 1.6.3
Severity Critical
EE Version v2.8.1

Everything looks formatted from the content > edit section, but it’s not producing the proper HTML; e.g., UL/OL. I have the full CKEditor package installed. Bulleted/Numbered list is enabled within the module… Thoughts?

Justin, are you able to re-produce this in a clean environment with only Wyvern installed? Wyvern has been out for a few years now and I’ve never seen a report like this and I can’t replicate it locally. Something is modifying your output, either another add-on, or check the EE field settings. The only thing that comes to mind is maybe the field format got messed up somehow. Check the exp_channel_data table for the *_ft column for that field and make sure its set to xhtml. https://www.evernote.com/shard/s9/sh/1cdb9e5f-adfb-43b7-a2db-19ae23199093/9637ef36cf18133334dd74bc2db9459c

Nothing in the EE field settings that I can see. Anything in particular I’d look for?

I don’t have the *_ft in my exp_channel_data table. Guessing that’s not good? Should I reinstall Wyvern from scratch?

That is… strange. Yeah, try a re-install. If that doesn’t work, try installing it in a new/clean EE install and see if it works then.
