Jun 05, 2014I tried putting some phrase tags in one of my member profile templates (forgot password). However, it is showing “{phrase:your_email}
” instead of the actual value. Any suggestions or recommendations to get this to display properly? If at all?

Member profile templates are not normal templates in EE, so those won’t parse phrases. Most people use the User or Zoo Visitor modules to build member forms as normal templates.

Odd development: sometimes it shows the phrase correctly and sometimes it doesn’t.

Do you have any caching turned on? 3rd party or native template caching by chance? Are you viewing the page in the default language or secondary language? Is it an MSM site?

No caching is turned on. It happens in both languages. No MSM. We are trying a work around with stash.
