I’ve just created the third MSM site in my EE installation. When attempting to edit Publisher settings for the new site I get the following error.

An Error Was Encountered
Looks like you need to add some channels before configuring Publisher.

There are already Channels created for the site, and Entries as well. And, Publisher is working correctly for Phrases on the templates.

What may cause such an error? Have you seen it before? And, is there a quick fix?

oops. Open up the models/publisher_channel.php file and go to line 53. Change it to this:

if ( !$qry || !$qry->num_rows())

Confirmed this fixes issue. Fixed for next release.
