I’m using EE 2.5.2.  I’m using Structure 3.3.8.
I’ve attempted to update my Blueprints version to the latest version but the module on modules page still says 2.0.7.  The extension says 2.0.10.  Is that right?  I uploaded all of the files from the 2.0.10 package and then ran the Run Module Updates.

Could you add some instruction on upgrading to the Support page?  I couldnt find any documentation on how to update the module.

ISSUE #1
Now the root of my problem.  I’ve tried this on multiple servers as well and the same result.

I setup a couple custom layouts, setup custom layouts with Blueprints.  I went to the Add Entry and setup all of my tabs etc.  Now i have multiple tabs and two different layouts i want to give my client the ability to load.  Let’s just call them Option A and B.  I set Option A as the default template.  As as test to replicate the problem all i have to do is click Load Layout and then switch to tab that has a File fieldtype.  In that fieldtype I’ll see “{filedir_}” in all of the fields that are File fieldtype.

Is this an issue with EE, Structure, or Blueprints?  What do you recommend I do because now when i submit the entry like that with those whacky filenames in there I get an error saying I don;t have access to the file or folder.  It won’t let me submit the page.  If I go through all of the tabs and remove the files it works.  So how do i get so it doesnt load those filenames in the File field?

ISSUE #2
Other issue is that my structure templates show no matter what channel I try to add an entry into.  I really only want to show for the Landing Pages channel i created.  Is there a way to do that? (I think i’ve gone to Extensions -> Blueprints -> Settings and set it up in a way that will only load them for that channel, but it doesnt seem to work right.)  Got any suggestions on that too?

Robert, I’m pretty sure this is a bug with an old version of EE. You’ll need to upgrade to at least 2.7 before I can assist with this issue.

@Boldminded - you an close this support ticket. Updating EE and the Structure plugin fixed the issue I was having.
