I’ve setup a new user group for editors and the page status indicators which tell you what pages have translations aren’t styled.
I’ve attached a screenshot of the area.
Is their a setting in publisher I’ve missed?

No the accessory.css file isn’t getting loaded for my custom user group but is for admins.
Any idea how to load this for another user group?

Make sure you enable the accessory for those member groups.
