I’m using Blueprints with Structure on my site which I’ve upgraded from EE 2.2.2 to EE 2.8.1 and I’ve upgraded blueprints from 1.3.7.3 to 2.0.10 along with a some of the other addons. I’ve noticed after I upgraded the “Structure Template” dropdown in entries is now empty and when I save an entry it is no longer findable on the site (it just returns a 404), I guess because it no longer has an associated template.

Ralph, you will need to re-configure Blueprints. There is no direct upgrade path from the 1.x version to 2.x.
