Mar 19, 2014I can’t find it in the docs, so I’m asking here: is it possible to show the contents from a certain field in the default language, wahtever language is selected? So e.g. show the images uploaded to a ChannelImages field in Dutch (default) also in the English template? That way the user can upload the images only to the default language, and doesn’t have to re-upload the same images in the other languages.

There is an {exp:publisher:translate_entry} tag, but it won’t parse things like Matrix or Channelmages fields. You an also use another embedded entries tag and add publisher_lang_id=”x” to the entries tag and it’ll force it to that language instead of the currently selected one.
