Good morning,

We’re trying to update to the latest version of Publisher Lite from v1.1.1. After doing so, when trying to either run the module updates or go to the Publisher admin panel, we get the following error page. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Are you sure the new files were updated properly? That doesn’t look like a complete error message. It looks like raw PHP code printed to the page, which could happen if a file was updated only partially. Try updating all the files again.
