Hi ya Brian,

I have been making amendments to a site and added a matrix table to be able to select a customers address. I am trying to create channel_form so that the customer can add a new address.

The data is submitted OK and saved without a problem, however, I get the following errors. Is there something I can change to adjust this?

Toby, it doesn’t look like I have permission to edit the files via FTP.
