We are having an issue where our snippets seem to stop loading at random.  We have to go into the Snippets Sync extension settings and hit “Submit”.  Then things start working again until they randomly break again and we have to do this all over again.

Is there any way to fix this?

It sounds like the hash timestamps got messed up. Uninstall the extension and reinstall it. This won’t delete any snippet files, it just resets the timestamps.
