When using Structure, there’s a bug with top level pages not being saved as it causes a DB query error.
This is in publisher_entry.php L101-103
The database is expecting 0 as a parent id, not an empty string, so the query fails.
Incorrect integer value: ‘’ for column ‘parent_id’ at row 1
