Aug 29, 2013I am working with a multi region site and needed to use the cookie consent module for GB region - once I enabled the cookie consent module the site shows as ‘offline’. If I uninstall publisher, the site appears online - reinstall publisher, the site again goes offline.
Possibly a similar issue that was seen here - http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/216897/#1003583 ?

Emailed a new build. Posting notes here too incase someone else searches in the future.
If cookies are not enabled it will default to the default language and url prefixes won’t be appended. Its kind of a neutered version of Publisher b/c it relies on cookies. Basically just like that thread suggested, the default language is all that is available and the user needs to enable cookies to see other languages.
