Aug 19, 2013I’m running into an issue with Freeform and I think it may have something to do with Publisher.
Freeform generates the form tag with the below action URL.
action=“http://domain.com/en/?ACT=42”
If I submit the form, I get the EE error: An Error Was Encountered
Missing required valid POST variable - params_id
If I remove the language code from the URL via chrome inspector and submit, the form processes fine.
action=“http://domain.com/?ACT=42”
Any clue as to what’s going on here - should I contact Solspace?

I don’t know what params_id is, so maybe contact Solspace? The ACT urls should work even with the language segment b/c it hits the EE bootstrap and stops processing b/c ACT is present.

I couldn’t ever figure out what was happening with the ?ACT= requests without index.php but I worked around it by using AJAX to process the form. Closing it out.
