I have Editors who are just Translators, for example “FrenchTranslator”.
A user who is a “FrenchTranslator” should have rights to edit only Publisher’s French version of any entry.
Is there any way to do this?

Not currently, sorry. Maybe as a future feature, but its not high on my list.
