Description of the problem When the user access DataGrab and add the JSON information, the user gets the correct fields but with a Configuration error and the user is no longer able to configure the import

hi Tony. I don’t know if you’re in the middle of editing this ticket, but I’m going to need more information. The error code, screenshots of how you configured the import, the url to the file you’re trying to import etc.

I think I was in the middle of uploading the images of the response…they have been uploaded.
