Since the license ran out it has not been working. I have renewed my license, downloaded the latest version, installed it and updated it. The UI works fine and when I run the import, it appears to go through the motions of uploading the CSV, except that it shows a queue size of zero and the loading bar does not show any activity.

Before the upgrade, it would show the correct queue size and the loading bar would show loading, but no data would arrive.

This is an upload that I have been running for many years now. I have checked the data, I have checked the import setup. The only change at my end is that the license ran out.

Hi there. I’m going to need more information before I can assist. Screenshots or better yet a video of what is happening to help illustrate the issue. I have no idea what is happening based on what you described. Also, did you check the docs? There were some changes in recent versions, and there is also a DataGrab-import.log file that might contain some useful information. Please check that log file, and share the contents of it in the ticket.

Hi Brian, yes, I did read the docs. I also sent the DataGrab-import.log file, but it doesn’t seem to have come through. I have submitted it three times now and each time it come back blank. Since you don’t seem to be receiving the file, I have copied in the text below (due to character limit I have had to send this in a separate comment).

In terms of screenshots/videos, there really isn’t much to show. The Queue size shows as 0 and the Status loading progress bar jumps straight to 100% and then says completed. I have taken a video capture, but it is not very exciting. It won’t upload either so I have uploaded it to dropbox and provided a link:

I love your product and it has become a vital part of running my sole trader business, particularly managing my accounting, so it is pretty vital to my business. This failure is significantly problematic.

And can you share screenshots of your import configuration? As noted before submitting a ticket even though CP and FTP creds are provided, I only login as a last resort. I don’t just login to a site and start debugging, I don’t have time for that with every support ticket.

The logs are showing what the issue is: ” field_id_3 field: This field is required. ” One of your custom fields is set to required to have a value, but apparently no value is being imported.
