Are you actually using DataGrab 4.2.1, or 5.2.1?

Valid question.

I guess I am pretty old at 4.21. Upgrading to 5.2.1 as we speak.

Watching the DG log as well. What doesn’t help is how random this is. It’ll work for 4 months… then occur 2x in a week…and then maybe go 6 moths. (noticeable each time though)

I’m going to close this out b/c I don’t have much to go on since it’s a sporadic issue I’ve never seen happen elsewhere. The best thing you can do is add some logging lines to that file and see why/when it might be doing something unexpected.

This will print to the main DataGrab-import.log file

$DG->logger->log('message here);
