What JSON Element path do we need to add to get to our API data? We’ve tried with no success with the API we are working with.

This isn’t something I can provide an answer to with the info provided. I don’t login to CPs unless it’s absolutely the last resort. Please share your JSON file in some manor and the desired path you’re trying to reach.

It should be the same as XML… parent/child

What have you tried in your configuration? Did you get any messages in your browser or the Datagrab-Import.log file?
