The ticket subject really says it all. In the Approvals section, under the Approval Email Text field, I am using the {preview_url} tag. When the email gets sent, on some entries, the tag is replaced with “array()” rather than the URL (or maybe it should just return nothing?).
We are using Structure for the majority of entries (including the ones returning ‘array()’). It is the latest version of Structure.
The draft preview for these entries is fine, and displays as expected.

Can you provide more info? I’m unable to replicate this. I just tested it with Structure as well.
What do your Template Previews settings look like? (screenshot please) /admin.php?/cp/addons/settings/publisher/manage/previews
