All add-ons currently require PHP 7.4 or greater.
On July 4th 2024 PHP 8.2 will be the new minimum requirement for all add-ons. Expect any add-on released after that date to require 8.2 or greater. Some releases may not immediately take advantage of 8.x specific features in PHP, which means you might, be able to continue using new releases in PHP 7.4, however, if you experience an error the first thing you should do is update to PHP 8.2 then create a support ticket if the error persists.

I updated to the latest Blueprints (2.0.2 at the time) and now whenever I try to add/edit entries in some unmanaged channels, I run into the following error:
“Please define a default template for the ?? channel in the Structure module configuration.”
Where ?? = Channel name.
I did a search for this and found the error on line 180 of ext.blueprints.php if that helps.
The strange part to me is that it doesn’t happen to ALL unmanaged channels. Just a few.
Although I think these channels used to be managed by Structure at one point.
As an aside, the link in that error message contains a typo.
Line 179. setings should be settings
Any help would be appreciated, this error was only found once the update was deployed to the live site.

Blueprints doesn’t know what template to load, so you have to select a default template in the Structure channel settings for the News channel.

They are unmanaged channels, though. You can’t select a template.

It seems to think the channel is managed though. Can you add CP login by editing the ticket and I’ll take a look.
