Yes it does. But I forget the behavior because its been a long time since I’ve tested it. Its something like blocks can be shared across sites, but if an atom in that block does something site specific, like a Relationship field loading channels from a different site, then that Relationship field won’t work in site #2. There isn’t much of a way around that other than to define another block that is similar.
