I would like to have the structure URL for translated entries as grabbing the entry’s url title is not very reliable, considering it may be changed by others & it wouldnt reflect the structure URL title 100% of the time.

If Structure or Pages is installed {translated_url} is already set to the page url, so there is nothing to add or change.
