All add-ons currently require PHP 7.4 or greater.

On July 4th 2024 PHP 8.2 will be the new minimum requirement for all add-ons. Expect any add-on released after that date to require 8.2 or greater. Some releases may not immediately take advantage of 8.x specific features in PHP, which means you might, be able to continue using new releases in PHP 7.4, however, if you experience an error the first thing you should do is update to PHP 8.2 then create a support ticket if the error persists.

Ticket: Limit parameter sorts by entry_id when Persistence is turned off

Status Resolved
Add-on / Version Publisher 1.7.1
Severity
EE Version 2.10.1

Description:
When the persistence setting is turned off (we need to allow for Spanish only translations with no English) and the a limit parameter is set, it doesn’t allow for orderby entry_date to work. Removing the limit parameter allows the orderby to work.

It seems to only do this on the Spanish side of the site, not the English (default language)

It looks to be the same issues as here: https://boldminded.com/support/ticket/1248

You have the login info for this site, so you’ll see the template code there.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Add limit parameter to exp:channel:entries tag
2.
3.
