All add-ons currently require PHP 7.4 or greater.
On July 4th 2024 PHP 8.2 will be the new minimum requirement for all add-ons. Expect any add-on released after that date to require 8.2 or greater. Some releases may not immediately take advantage of 8.x specific features in PHP, which means you might, be able to continue using new releases in PHP 7.4, however, if you experience an error the first thing you should do is update to PHP 8.2 then create a support ticket if the error persists.

Description:
On this live site http://www.realisaction.ch we have a dropdown menu with categories that worked for some monthes now. After an update from EE 2.10.3 to 2.11.2 the category dropdown gives error message
A PHP Error was encountered
Severity: Notice
Message: Undefined offset: 1
Filename: models/publisher_entry.php
Line Number: 1570
A PHP Error was encountered

Fatal error: Call to a member function result_array() on a non-object in /home/xxx/public_html/expconsole/expressionengine/third_party/publisher/models/publisher_entry.php on line 1572
we updatet Publisher from 1.6.11 to 1.6.12 in hope to eliminate the error. But it is still there.
The code for the category menu dropdown:
-
{exp:channel:categories channel="angebot_intro" style="linear"}
- {category_name} {/exp:channel:categories}
Is there any quick fix available?
