Hello, We noted a Devotee $35.00 charge on our credit card on December 15, 2015.  I checked our order history and I cannot find it there and our purchases from the Devotee site ended in October 2015.

Do you have any idea where this charge could have come from.

Sorry to hear that, but I wouldn’t know anything about it. My site does not communicate with Devot:ee in anyway. I did a 1 time import of data on Dec 1st or 2nd and that is the last import I did. My add-ons were supposed to be disabled for sale on Devot:ee on the first of December (Ryan handled that). These are the orders I see on file for you on my site (none of them for $35)

I just ran the Devot:ee sync again and it did not import any other orders under your account.
