Description:
We took over a site for a client and trying to debug an issue. When switching from English to UK in Publish, we go to the matrix field and the dropdown arrow no longer appears (it appears only in the default langague). The drop down arrow for the matrix row no longer appears. I’ve included two screenshots that show it in English language but not there with the UK language.
Detailed steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Edit a piece of content
2. Change language
3. Scroll down to the matrix field and no dropdown appears
