Description:
If I deny a draft for approval, every time that entry is viewed it still throws a popup message saying that it has been submitted for approval. Is this a bug or working as intended?
I would think that if approval is denied, the ‘submitted for approval’ flag should be removed until the ‘Send for approval’ checkbox is clicked once again.

Its currently working as intended, but I see your point it is a bit unintuitive. Since you’re the first person to point this out since Publisher’s release, I’m going to hold off on making any changes now as I would consider it a feature since nothing is really broken. Publisher 1.x is under feature freeze while I work on 2.0.
I’ve added this to my Publisher 2.0 todo list though.
