Dec 10, 2015I’m having trouble creating phrases and phrase groups within the Publisher settings.
When I attempt to create a phrase or phrase group, the browser reloads the same page but no new groups or phrases show under the settings Phrases tab.
Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
Detailed steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Go to Publisher settings
2. Attempt to save a Phrase or Phrase Group
3. Nothing saves

This is an ongoing issue that I have never been able to replicate, and no one has been able to provide me CP and FTP access to the offending environment. If you can provide FTP access I can take a look into it.

Your site_url parameter does not match the URL in the browser.

Either change your htaccess to force remove www, or update your Site Url config value to include www.

Thanks! That was it. My EE cp_url setting was missing the www.
