We recently reset the password to get into our account that was linked via twitter, but we don’t see any order history or licenses. Can you please check for another account associated with A2 hosting?

Per ticket 1106 I would assume we purchased our license around May/June of 2015.

We found that having Publisher installed, but disabled would delete relationships when saving parent channel entries causing data loss. We are hoping to test the latest version so we know if this bug has been fixed, but can’t move ahead until we are able to download the latest version of Publisher.

Not really. Its a manual process for me to dig around and modify the records, which includes stuff from several tables.

Is it possible to just move the license over? Mostly it would be nice to have the license and support ticket history under the same account.
