I built a site using publisher at the beginning of last year and now would like the update to the latest version while updating some other items on the site.
The issue is that I am unable to get control of the devotee account that was originally used to purchase publisher and thus am unable to download the update. I see that you have switched to the Timed License model so I would be happy to purchase a renewal, but I obviously don’t have access to that either.
Please let me know if there is a simple solution and how I can proceed.
