I’ve got a Dutch publisher (member group) which is supposed to have rights for the Dutch language but not for the rest of the site. He can change all the category information (in all languages) though. The strange thing is, the Super-Admin sees all translations and they all have the country’s flag in front. The Dutch publisher sees all the translations as well, but only his own flag shows. The rest of the flags are broken images. It would be perfect if the publisher can only edit the categories where the flag actually shows. So instead of showing a broken image, hide the block where the broken image is in. Please see the attached screenshots.

To be honest I don’t think the Language Control extension restricts category or phrase editing. I’ll have to add that in. May be a few more days on this one.
