If you delete a translation in language X that includes matrix data, then view the entry on front end in language X, matrix data will still show old (deleted) translation.
Detailed steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Create a channel with a matrix field
2. Publish entry in both languages
3. Delete secondary language translation
4. View entry on front end. Title and other fields will be in default language as expected, but matrix data will be from old (deleted) translation. (And there’s now no way to edit that data since backend thinks translation doesn’t exist anymore.)
