Hi I’ve an issue which occured only after deployment to the live server, I can access the module but can no longer make any updates, e.g. create a phrase, enable cache. I imagine its a file permission issue, I’m just not sure which files/permissions need to be updated.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue:
1. access module
2. create new phrase/enable cache in settings
3. Save
4. Error: ‘This webpage is not available’

This doesn’t really sound like a Publisher specific issue. Make sure all your EE files have 664 permissions, and directories have 755. Can you try it on another server? I’d contact your hosting provider to see if there is something misconfigured too.

Thanks for your reply, I’ve checked all permissions and they’re fine. All other addons are working well. I’ll look into the server, if you have any thoughts on what server config could result in this error I’d appreciate it, Thanks again

Have you checked your PHP memory settings on the live server? Sounds like you need to get the PHP info from both servers and compare the two. Just put this in your config file:
And reload a page. It’ll show you the differences b/w the servers.
