May 31, 2015I followed your instructions for third party plugins to install http://doksoft.com/soft/ckeditor-bootstrap/index.html a Bootstrap solution for CKEditor. But when installing it shows the same error: no Wyvern buttons in the field.

Take a look at your brower’s JS console, it will probably reveal an error message.

Yes, those plugin folders need to be copied to the wyvern plugin folder.
